Bartender at HitchHike

Requirements

• A bartender with style, taste, and skills. You know how to serve an experience in a glass, but also how to inspire a team and run a bar like it's your second home. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, keep cool under pressure, and stay positive and professional at all times.
• You bring
• At least 2 years of bar experience in a vibrant hospitality environment
• Extensive mixology knowledge and a passion for surprising creations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to train and inspire others
• An eye for taste, presentation, and that extra touch
• Solid skills in stock management and cost control
• A flexible mindset - evenings and weekends are your playground
• Fluency in English
• Available full-time (38 hours, 5 days per week), or parttime on-call, and who brings several years of experience.
