This is a rare opportunity for a strategic physician executive to influence clinical excellence, innovation, and the next generation of radiology leaders. This role sits at the intersection of clinical leadership, operational strategy, and academic advancement. As Chair, you will guide all professional and administrative affairs of the Department of Radiology while advancing our commitment to high-quality, efficient, and timely patient care. You'll partner closely with the President of the Medical Group and senior executive leadership to shape the future of imaging services across the enterprise. ChristianaCare is one of the largest health systems in the region, serving communities across Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Our radiology department includes more than 40 subspecialized hybrid, remote and flex shift radiologists, a robust residency program with 25 residents and IR fellows, and a growing footprint of 9 locations supported by advanced imaging technologies and strong multidisciplinary collaboration.
