Executive Search Consultant / Headhunter

About the role

You will manage search assignments from business development through successful placement while partnering with senior executives, business leaders, and high-calibre professionals across the region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven environment and is motivated by commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients across Singapore and the wider APAC region.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market mapping, and strategic business development.
• Lead retained and contingent executive search assignments from briefing through offer acceptance.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify high-performing professionals.
• Source, engage, interview, and assess senior-level candidates across multiple industries.
• Prepare candidate assessments, market insights, and client presentation reports.
• Advise clients on talent availability, compensation trends, and recruitment strategy.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records within the firm's CRM and applicant tracking system.
• Represent Huntington Search Partners professionally in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting mid to senior-level professionals.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on delivering results.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
