Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Territory Execution
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Execute call plans based on territory segmentation
• Ensure consistent coverage and frequency of target HCPs
• Customer Engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with: Healthcare professionals (HCPs)
• Key accounts within assigned territory
• Deliver clear and compliant product presentations
• Product & Disease Knowledge
• Develop foundational understanding of: Disease area
• Product indications and benefits
• Effectively communicate key product messages to customers
• Business Insights & Reporting
• Provide feedback on: Customer needs
• Market trends
• Competitor activity
• Submit timely and accurate reports
• Cross-Functional Support
• Support execution of marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams for aligned execution
• Compliance
• Ensure all activities comply with: Food and Drug Administration Philippines
• PHAP Code
• Company policies
• Bachelor's degree (preferably Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business)
• 1 to 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience
• Open to high-potential fresh graduates (for pipeline roles)
• Exposure to hospital or specialty-based selling
• Interest in complex disease areas
