Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Direct Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to maximize direct bookings and optimize digital conversion

  • Develop an annual content calendar supporting key revenue periods, F&B activations, spa offerings, and seasonal experiences
  • Foster influencer, media, and strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility
  • Performance Marketing & Analytics
  • Own monthly digital performance reporting and budget tracking
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer behavior
  • Identify new digital opportunities to enhance share of voice and market share
  • Work closely with Revenue Management to align digital strategy with pricing and demand periods
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Operations to support need periods, group campaigns, and F&B initiatives
  • Support the hotel's positioning strategies
  • Act as the hotel's digital champion, driving innovation and best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years in luxury hospitality marketing, e-commerce, or digital commerce;
  • Proven track record driving direct revenue, digital campaigns, and brand.com performance;
  • Experience with booking engines, OTAs, digital distribution, loyalty programs, and CRM campaigns;
  • Analytical expertise in KPIs, revenue performance, and campaign ROI;
  • Luxury brand sensibility with strategic commercial acumen;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; French is a plus;
  • Multi-property or pre-opening experience is advantageous.

As a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team, this role reports to the General Manager and combines strategic vision with analytical rigor, ensuring the hotel is positioned as a preferred destination for discerning travelers, meetings, and social events. You balance analytical rigor with digital creativity to grow market share, enhance brand desirability, and connect the right guest to the right product at the right price, on the right channel. You are the objective, data-driven voice guiding strategic decision-making across all commercial verticals.
