About the role
Our client is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join the opening team of a new luxury hotel in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pre-opening journey and play an important role in creating exceptional guest experiences from the moment guests arrive until their departure. As a Bell Attendant, you will assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements and general enquiries while providing warm, professional and attentive service throughout their stay. Job Responsibilities: Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and professional first impression. Assist guests with luggage handling, storage and delivery in a safe and efficient manner. Escort guests to their rooms and provide information on hotel facilities, services and room features. Respond promptly to guest requests, enquiries and special arrangements. Assist with transportation arrangements, taxi bookings and directions to local attractions. Handle guest packages, mail, messages and deliveries accurately and efficiently. Support Front Office and Concierge operations to ensure smooth daily guest services. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lobby, entrance and guest service areas. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Promote hotel facilities, services and guest experiences where appropriate. Maintain accurate records of luggage storage, deliveries and transportation requests. Adhere to hotel policies, safety procedures and service standards at all times. Job Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, concierge or guest-facing roles is preferred. Positive, friendly and service-oriented attitude. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit and able to lift and transport luggage safely. Basic spoken and written English communication skills. Familiarity with hotel operations and local attractions is an advantage. Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
