*URGENT* Staff Nurse (ATAS clinic, Central, 5.5 days office hours) #HRY

About the role

Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical protocols and nursing standards. Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions, vital signs, and progress. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and medical procedures. Educate patients and their families on disease management, medications, and post-treatment care. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of patient care. Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions. Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and records. Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance standards. Support admission, discharge, and transfer processes for patients. Participate in health screening, vaccination, and health promotion activities when required.
