SUMMARY OF ROLE Leads the development of all marketing and promotional materials, designing and execution of other marketing projects for Viatris Gulf & KSA, with the main objective of ensuring that tools, material are made available to all customer facing colleagues as well as communication channel, channels of distribution, and customers within the market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTION Viatris Channel management, strategy, and tactical plan development Implementation of local strategies, and development of promotional campaigns, and programs to maximize brand value Align with regional and global teams as appropriate Develop and coordinate implementation of OMNICHANNEL communication strategy. Take responsibility for brand requirements in the various channels and deliver the correct content to fulfill the promotional requirements within those channels Identify plans and implement core materials in line with the tactical plan (supporting the channel strategies) Take accountability for ensuring that all content and/ or promotion materials and items for promotional purposes are delivered timeously. Alignment across functions and stakeholder management: Align key internal stakeholders, through the core brand team - medical, marketing, management, H&V, regulatory, sales etc - to drive business objectives, develop campaigns and materials. And with External Stakeholders such as Egyptian Drug Authority Collaborate with sales to roll out and drive effective execution of campaigns and programs Establish effective peer relationships and strong cross-functional collaboration and communication Vendor management MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS AND LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS EDUCATION Describe the education required for this role.
