Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial and operational models to analyze demand, production, inventory, capacity, and cost drivers

- What You Bring
- 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, supply chain finance, operations finance, or a related analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Experience working with financial systems and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Interest in sustainability, agriculture, or manufacturing is a plus
