About the role
Position Summary: The Human Resources Administrator works directly with HR Manager and closely with operations team to ensure all staff and personnel matters pertaining to the plant operations at the facility including, but not limited to recruitment and selection, conditions of employment, staff training, absenteeism control programs, and other administrative tasks. He/she also provides advice and support to Management to ensure compliance with employment and labour laws. Working Hours : 9am - 5pm #INDLP
