Requirements
- Proven track record in strategic project management, including global and regional processes, methodologies, and principles
- Deep supply chain expertise combined with strong analytical and conceptual capabilities
- Comprehensive logistics experience across operations and functions (warehousing, transportation, import/export, procurement, vendor management)
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management, internally and externally, at all seniority levels
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate across complex and varying workloads
- Clear strategic vision with the ability to anticipate trends and translate them into actionable plans with strong execution focus
- Ability to set direction, drive performance, and consistently deliver measurable results
- Strong business acumen across both retail and e-commerce contexts
