Job Description: The Athletics Marketing Game Day Assistant will assist the Athletics Marketing Department in executing a variety of game day tasks surrounding the experience for both spectators and players. Located in Providence, Rhode Island, and a member of the Ivy League, our intercollegiate athletics program consists of 38 varsity teams with approximately 1,000 athletes who participate within the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA-D1). This is an 11-month part-time, seasonal position. Major tasks include: Assist with specific game day preparation. Coordinate and execute in-game promotions (selecting contestants, bringing them on field/court/etc.) Set up and take down equipment. Interact with fans in a friendly manner. Be knowledgeable about the event taking place. Assist with handling Bruno, the mascot, when necessary.
