Responsibilities
- Provide Plant support for hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Troubleshoot complex incidents affecting manufacturing operations and business systems
- Support Oracle modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, BoM, Purchasing, Finance, and Supply Chain (as applicable)

- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Associate or bachelor's degree; Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience and qualifications.
- 4-7 years of technical support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switches, printers, wireless)
- Experience supporting ERP and/or MES systems
- Familiarity with industrial IT/OT environments and manufacturing processes
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles in a production environment

Job Description The IT Analyst provides advanced technical support for information systems, manufacturing technologies, and end‑user computing within an electrical motor manufacturing environment.
