Responsibilities
- Media Relations & Executive Positioning
- Executive Profiling: Craft and pitch strategic profile stories, opinion pieces (Op-Eds), and expert commentary
- Media Outreach: Build, update, and maintain a comprehensive database of Singapore-based journalists, editors, mainstream media houses, and business trade publications.
- Earned Media: Actively pitch story angles to local media to secure high-quality earned editorial placements, executive interviews, and industry panel opportunities.
- Spokesperson Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate spokesperson scheduling and briefing materials for the Director.
- Content & Copywriting
- Press Materials: Draft, edit, and proofread clear, publication-ready press releases, media kits, corporate bios, and pitch letters.
- Executive Messaging: Conduct internal briefings with the Director to extract key insights, drafting executive quotes for press releases that sound authentic, human-centric, and strategically impactful.

- Social Media & Digital Integration
