Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist with the deployment, operation, and security posture maintenance of cloud infrastructure and services across AWS, GCP, and Azure using Terraform Enterprise and Cloudflare.
• Help manage cloud accounts, access lifecycles, sandbox environments, and core networking architectures including DNS, firewalls, and encryption protocols.
• Support the design, documentation, and evaluation of new cloud infrastructure technologies and operating principles for internal technology teams.
• Participate in end-to-end cloud cost monitoring, alerting optimization efforts, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) engineering tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and managing core cloud infrastructure environments.
• Proven production experience writing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform to deploy cloud assets.
• Solid structural understanding of low-level networking and security primitives within the cloud (DNS, Firewalls, Protocols, and Encryption).
• Professional fluency in both written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew.
• Experience managing multi-cloud landscapes across AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on development experience within cloud-centric scripting languages or modern frameworks (e.g., Python, Go, or CDK TF).
• Practical experience deploying and operating containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) directly inside cloud infrastructure.
• Background combining Linux systems administration with dedicated cloud-security orchestration.

Axonius is seeking a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our DevOps group in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will assist in configuring, operating, and automating cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure to support our global stakeholders. Collaborating with R&D, Security, and Corporate IT, you will help manage core cloud governance areas including identity and access management, perimeter security, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
