Torch is targeting the $100+ billion office-based healthcare supply industry, starting with dental practices. Responsibilities

• Training and Development:
• From day one, you will be immersed in a proven sales playbook and hands-on coaching environment. You will learn:
• -Torch's outbound prospecting methodology and qualification framework
• -Live talk track development through call coaching and shadowing
• -How to source, run, and close your own deals from first touch to subscription payment received
• -Clear performance benchmarks and promotion criteria to AE as soon as month 6
• In addition to our immersive training program, you will continue to receive ongoing coaching and support during your career at Torch.
• Location:
• Austin, Texas (in office Monday - Thursday, flexibility on Friday)
• Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM CST
