We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead - Accounts Payable. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : Manages the company's accounting services and processes. This Job Category includes accounting positions embedded in BUs, in Corporate Departments, and GBS Finance. Manages group and employee work to align with corporate/department objectives. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting or management accounting or related course Minimum of ten (10) years overall work experience in finance, accounting or auditing. Proven experience supervising staff and managing processes Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent analytical and communication skills Strong analytical, teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills Amenable to work for the first 6 months on a rotation of day and night shifts to build working relationship with Senior AP Manager and the rest of the AP Leadership Team.
