YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You lead and develop three interrelated security units into a cohesive, high-performance organization You design and implement a company-wide governance structure with KPI frameworks and reporting dashboards You coordinate operational security across 11 European markets with varying legal and cultural contexts You balance effective fraud prevention with an excellent customer experience and business conversion You regularly report to Senior Management and Board and collaborate closely with key internal and external stakeholders You coach and develop team leads while driving organizational change and professionalization initiatives YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You bring several years of leadership experience (minimum 5 years) in fraud prevention, security operations, or vehicle repossession/asset recovery Expertise You have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practical implementation in an international, dynamic environment Governance & Reporting You have proven experience in developing and implementing KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and governance models that create transparency, drive performance, and support data-informed decision-making Leadership You excel at leading culturally diverse teams and managing complex organizational structures with maturity and pragmatism Communication You deliver clear, compelling narratives to both operational teams and senior management Languages You are fluent in English, and German skills are a strong advantage Motivation You possess entrepreneurial thinking with the drive to build structures while maintaining operational excellence
