About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of gaming advertisers, acting as their main point of contact to drive campaign performance and deliver on revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Unity's UA/Monetization solutions across platforms, while proactively addressing client needs and campaign challenges.
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Performance, Technical Support, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth execution and delivery of advertiser goals.
- Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing strategic insights and performance recommendations.
- Represent Unity at key industry events and client meetings to deepen relationships and position Unity as a UA and monetization leader.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in mobile advertising, particularly in user acquisition or monetization.
- A proven track record in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales, with measurable revenue success.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive optimization strategies.
- Great communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Solid presentation skills and confidence in leading performance reviews with clients.
