Project Manager (MEP)

About the role

Our client is a well established SME in the construction industry for over 20 years. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Project Manager (MEP) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. The candidate may be required to take on projects that are located island wide. Job Description: Manage and oversee electrical project execution to ensure timely completion in accordance with project schedules and contractual requirements. Monitor project scope, variations, and progress closely while coordinating with QS on omissions and additional works. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, material procurement, cost control, and budget management. Provide technical support and coordinate site activities, engineering documentation, drawings, risk assessments, and safe work procedures. Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, consultants, clients, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project delivery, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. Supervise site operations, installation works, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations. Plan and coordinate construction activities, monitor subcontractor performance, and ensure successful project completion and handover.
