As a Regional Sales Director at Omnissa, you will lead, inspire, and develop a high- performing sales team, driving strategic growth across the Large Enterprise - Strategic & Premier Business. You will be instrumental in achieving sales excellence, building customer relationships, and fostering collaboration to deliver outstanding results aligned with Omnissa's GTM objectives. Here's more: o Build, mentor, and manage a team of 5-7 Field Strategic Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture and attracting top sales talent. o Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with Omnissa's business objectives to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets. o Provide guidance, coaching, and support to maximize the team's performance and ability to over-achieve sales targets. o Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective deal progression. o Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners to drive customer satisfaction, retention to drive incremental revenue. o Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximization of return on investment. o Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Channel teams to drive business outcomes. Present sales performance and market insights in Quarterly Business Reviews. o Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and development. o Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to Sales Leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement during Quarterly Business Review o Attract and retain high-quality talent to the organization through professional network and recruiting efforts. o Utilize the sales tools and process to communicate, report, track and manage sales opportunities. What Will You Bring to Omnissa? o Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technology sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the SaaS/tech industry. o Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in Large Enterprise business. o Excellent analytical, forecasting, and strategic thinking skills; with the ability to interpret market data and sales metrics to drive decision-making. o Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and forecasting abilities with a data- driven approach to decision-making. o Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for developing talent and driving team success. o Expertise in value-based selling and consultative sales methodologies. o Knowledge of EUC, VDI, UEM, or DaaS solutions is a plus. Location: India - preferably based out of Bengaluru, Delhi or Mumbai Travel Expectations: 50%+ Travel to customers and meetings with direct reports Education: Bachelor's preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
