Experience supporting outdoor events and activities, including event planning and execution, handling and moving equipment, setting up and taking down temporary structures, and storing gear appropriately Highly organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong leadership skills QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying conditions Must possess a valid SOFA operator¿s permit; failure to obtain or maintain required licensing may result in termination Required to obtain government licenses within 30 days of hire (10-ton forklift and 4-ton truck) Capable of prolonged standing, walking, reaching, and performing physical tasks Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (18 kg) independently; heavier items with assistance Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of recreational program operations, including outdoor safety and event planning Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint) Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; team-oriented mindset Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of staff and active-duty personnel This activity is a Drug-free workplace.
