About the role

Work with business, IT users, and stakeholders to refine user stories and business requirements. Use Jira and source control for project management tasks. Participate in all scrum activities and ceremonies. Provide technical leadership within the scrum team. Oversee and manage external consultants related to development and collaborate with off-site support teams. Drive development teams comprised of external contractors. Mentor and oversee work of the development team. Guarantee the team performs and delivers on time, budget, and scope. Guarantee quality of the solution and adherence to best practices. Conduct regular code reviews. Act as the point of contact between TaylorMade headquarters, IT teams in our core markets, and business teams. Participate in meetings with regions and business users to provide architectural guidance. Gather technical requirements and make sure solution is global-ready. Identify applicable new technologies through research, collaboration with peers, and participation in standards organizations, industry groups, and panels. Stay abreast with new technologies and apply to solve real-life demand. Create prototypes to prove concepts and illustrate the solution to business users. Design and propose architectures, including data model and software architectures, in the initial phases of a project. Make sure we use the right tool for the right job.
