- Help plan and coordinate political fundraisers and related events in both Puerto Rico and the U.S. by managing logistics, guest lists, vendor coordination, and day-of execution.

- Accompany the principals on domestic and international travel, sometimes for up to a month at a time, with all expenses covered.

On behalf of the principals it supports, SXSE Enterprises is seeking a fully bilingual Personal Assistant & House Manager based in Guaynabo to run the day-to-day operations of a principal household with care, energy, and discretion. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes genuine pride in a beautifully run home and life. This position is hands-on by design. A real part of every day involves cooking, grocery runs, errands, and keeping the home and vehicles clean and orderly. The ideal candidate finds genuine satisfaction in a household that runs like clockwork, and also happens to be polished, personable, and capable in a professional setting. The right candidate will work closely with the principals, travel to US and international destinations at company expense, and have real ownership over how the household and daily life operate. There is meaningful room to grow for someone who holds themselves to a high standard. Postion At a Glance Hours: 5-hour shifts, 3-5 weekdays per week (candidate's preference) - 15-25 hours/week guaranteed Schedule: Monday-Friday afternoons (preferred scheduled would be 1:30-6:30 PM but some flexibility for the right candidate between the hours of 10am - 7pm AST) Pay: $20-40/hour, depending on experience Vehicle: Required - candidate must have their own reliable, clean, presentable car for daily use Travel: Strongly preferred - able to travel with the principals (U.S. and international) for up to a month at a time, all expenses covered Growth: Potential to grow into a full-time role
