About the role

Position Overview: You will report to the Acting CEO and COO and be involved in sales & business development process, from lead identification and qualification to developing deep market analyses and exploring new revenue models. You will also be required to expand the network of clients, advise clients on the products & services of SBI Digital Markets and make relevant introductions to internal sales channels. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Identify opportunities and generate client leads for marketing structured products and tokenized real world assets to accredited clients, corporates and institutions. Collaborate with the Acting CEO to develop and implement a sales strategy consistent with the company's overall sales strategy, goals and objectives. Maintain an understanding of the full range of Digital Markets products for effective client presentations. Collaborate with the team to cross-sell multi-asset investment products available on SBI Digital Markets platform which can include tokenized RWA, structured products and private opportunities. Keep detailed records of sales activities, including call meeting notes, prospective client contacts, and progress against targets, and maintain a robust pipeline of business plans and opportunities. Meet key financial deliverables around revenue, growth, and other financial goals set by the company. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Follow regulatory and company policies, staying updated on market developments. Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Economics or comparable. 8 years of client acquisition experience, with a solid understanding of and exposure to the financial services industry or another high growth tech environment. Able to communicate an investment view with clients to crystalize structured product and tokenized RWA ideas and ensure such ideas are executed with revenue outcomes generated. Familiar with trade settlement process to ensure all relevant trade counterparties are onboarded for trades to be successfully completed. Entrepreneurial mindset with experience starting and building businesses from scratch. While not essential, exposure and experience in blockchain and or projects in the blockchain space as it pertains to potential solutions from a financial institution perspective. To the extend available, contacts and connections into the digital asset and fintech ecosystem both within Singapore and globally. Familiar with trends in the digital asset space and potential considerations as it relates to new business opportunities for clients and the wider industry. Possesses strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; and ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
