- Define and champion design vision and strategy across products, brand, and experience
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing design teams across disciplines

- Create design systems and processes that promote creativity, consistency, and clarity
- Foster a design culture rooted in authenticity, empathy, and deep listening
- Integrate inner work values such as presence, creativity, and intuition into design practices
- Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust
- 6+ years in design leadership roles (e.g., Chief Design Officer, VP of Design, Head of Product Design, Head of Brand Design)
- Experience scaling design teams and delivering innovative products or brand experiences
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and translating vision into tangible design solutions
- Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building not just beautiful experiences, but cohesive, values-aligned teams
- Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others
