ERP Systems Analyst - Town/MNC/S$7000

Responsibilities

• Support ERP migration and transformation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support, troubleshooting system issues and managing enhancements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective system solutions.
• Support ERP integrations, data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.
• Collaborate with vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimisation.
• Support reporting, analytics, and data-driven initiatives to improve business performance.
• Participate in future ERP and digital transformation projects across the region.
• Key Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, migration, or support environments.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or other ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Inventory processes.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data flows across enterprise applications.
• Exposure to SAP, SQL, ERP reporting, or business analytics will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced transformation environment.
