About the role
Dermacare Aesthetic Medical is a Singapore-based aesthetic practice delivering medically-led, results-driven treatments in a premium, client-first environment. We're looking for a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our clinical team and deliver exceptional treatment experiences alongside our doctors. Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microneedling, IPL/laser, RF and other device-based procedures (as trained and certified)
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatment plans and homecare
- Assist doctors during medical aesthetic procedures where required
- Educate clients on treatments, skincare routines and aftercare
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sterilisation and clinical safety
- Keep accurate treatment records and track client progress
- Build warm, trust-based relationships that support client retention and satisfaction
- Help maintain treatment rooms, equipment and product stock
Requirements
- Relevant aesthetics/beauty therapy qualification (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience in a medical aesthetic clinic or established aesthetic/beauty setting
- Hands-on competency with device-based treatments (laser/IPL/RF) strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions and treatment protocols
- Professional, meticulous and genuinely client-focused
- Good communication skills and a warm, reassuring manner
- Able to work in a fast-paced, premium clinic environment
