About the role

As Graphic Designer (Digital), your mission is to produce high-performing creative assets for Lovepop's digital marketing channels - primarily Email Marketing and Acquisition Ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) - while supporting PDP, storytelling, and packaging design as needed. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of graphic design experience in e-commerce, agency, or brand environments
  • (B2C preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Strong proficiency in Figma for collaborative design and prototyping
  • Portfolio demonstrating clear capability in email design and performance marketing
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and how design
  • impacts them
  • Strong English reading and writing skills to collaborate with our Boston team
  • Strong Plus
  • Hands-on experience with AI & automation tools in workflow: Magnific, Adobe
  • Firefly, N8N, or equivalent - as we are actively building an AI-driven workflow
  • Experience working with international brands or the US market
  • Basic motion design capability (After Effects, Canva motion, or CapCut)
  • Aesthetic sensibility for paper art, craft, or lifestyle/gifting brands
  • Mentoring potential (with growth path to Senior Designer in Phase 2)
