AI Automation Engineer (m/f/d)

About the role

This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership of automations, tools, and reporting that enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll work directly with our founders, GTM operators, and other engineers to identify bottlenecks and manual work and turn them into reliable systems. If you do things right, you can help us grow twice as fast.

Responsibilities

• You'll build the systems that make our GTM organisation run.
• Identify friction across Sales/Marketing/CS and remove it through automation
• Automate GTM workflows (n8n, Zapier, custom software, etc.)
• Build internal tools (lead enrichment, web crawlers, outreach personalization, etc.)
• Build and maintain our data lake, as well as analytics and automated reporting (campaign performance, funnel tracking, pipeline health, etc.)
• Create demos and prototypes for new products and new markets
• Build and maintain our core business systems (billing, commissions, invoicing, etc.)

Requirements

• Strong hands-on software engineering experience in TypeScript, Python or Rust
• You have built, shipped, and owned software end-to-end
• Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders on technical topics
• You enjoy operating in ambiguity and turning messy real-world processes into pragmatic systems
• Prior experience in startups or scale-ups
• You're excited to work on-site in Berlin in a fast-moving startup in build-mode
• Experience with web automation tooling (Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer)
• Experience improving operational processes through automation
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (Postgres, Grafana, PostHog, etc.)

• Competitive compensation: €80,000-€120,000 total compensation (cash + equity)
