Riverview Psychiatric Center is seeking a highly organized and professional Office Specialist II Supervisor to provide advanced administrative support to the Office of the Superintendent. This confidential position serves as a key member of the leadership support team and is responsible for coordinating executive-level administrative functions that contribute to the efficient operation of the organization. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day administrative activities of the Superintendent's Office, including preparing and editing correspondence, maintaining policies and procedures, coordinating office operations, and supporting board and committee meetings. You will serve as a liaison between the Superintendent and internal and external stakeholders, helping to ensure effective communication and follow-through on important initiatives and organizational priorities. This position also plays an important role in monitoring regulatory and licensing requirements, tracking customer concerns, maintaining administrative records, and identifying opportunities to improve office processes and efficiencies. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with experience supporting executive leadership, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications: (Entry level knowledges, skills, and/or abilities may be acquired through, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO the following coursework/training and/or experience.) Training, education, or experience in administrative support work that demonstrates 1) competency in applying a proficient knowledge of modern office practices to perform advanced administrative support tasks at the statewide level that are broad in scope or functionally diverse, and 2) the ability to use independent judgment, initiative, and decision making on complex administrative matters. All positions in this classification assume the qualifications of: Office Assistant I , Office Assistant II , Office Associate I, Office Associate II and Office Specialist I.
