Job Description Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Providing clinical and technical presales and post-sales support MR lifecycle products - including options, upgrades and retrofit for existing GE MR install base. Driving GTM execution of MR lifecycle products in partnership with Service Account Managers and portfolio segment leader - assessing install base, identifying targeted sites, building configurations, and engaging customers to position the solution. Engaging with customer stakeholders to develop key opinion leaders and to drive upsell and cross sell opportunities from existing install base. Collaborating with customers on making publications with clinical applications and digital solutions, driving adoption and a growing community of users. Supporting the portfolio segment leader in delivering employee training for new lifecycle products and applications packages to drive incremental growth. Supporting marketing events, developing voice of customer related to lifecycle portfolio. Qualifications/Requirements Min 5 years of relevant experience, with an Associate or Bachelor's degree, and/or certification in related technical/clinical field in either Medical Imaging / Radiology, Engineering / Biomedical Engineering, Radiation Safety, Medical Physics Demonstrated current basic understanding of MR radiology techniques and protocols. Have previously been in quota carrying-role or position. At least one of the following core experiences: Strong clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific areas, experience working in a hospital radiology department. Significant commercial applications/modality experience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions and sales scenarios. Willingness to travel extensively within ASEAN, Korea and ANZ regions to support customer presales / post sales activities, promotional events Desired Characteristics Strong leadership skills (respected by peers and leadership for contributions to the business) Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired) Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms. Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations) Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers) Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve. Team oriented, collaborative and flexible with the customer satisfaction mindset. Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time. Strong demonstrated clinical scanning skills in specific. Application skills within radiology / imaging department Capability to meet and deal with governmental institutions. Relationship building, Efficiency in team working. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
