- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 10+ Years' relevant experience in analytics, data science or People Analytics
- Demonstrated experience with advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and statistical techniques
- Proficiency with modern analytics tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization platforms
- Experience applying analytics in a data-rich, complex environment
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on leader (player-coach), balancing strategy and execution
- Ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
