Key Duties and Responsibilities: General repair duties; cutting steel, grinding, mig welding Use of general hand tools, power tools, welding equipment Able to lift up to 50lbs Ability to work in a warehouse environment Welding certificate required Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams and schematics High attention to detail Experience with operating a forklift a plus Safety forward thinking. Wear all PPE at all times in designated areas Ability to stand/bend/kneel for long periods of time Responsible for the quality of work produced by himself/herself Accountable for the productivity. Productivity numbers will be determined by the manager in partnership with the lead based off time studies. Right the first time... we go faster by going slower Expected to role model behaviors according to the employee handbook Report any safety ideas/issues/violations to lead or Site Manager immediately Offload/load trailers Maintain clean and debris free work environment Other duties as assigned Participate in facility trainings, continuous improvement plans Excellent attendance Reports to the Site Manager Two companies, one vision.
