Field Installation Supervisor - Architectural & Structural Metals

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience working within the miscellaneous metals, structural metals, or architectural metals industry preferred.
• Prior experience leading crews, coordinating field operations, or serving in a foreman/supervisory capacity strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and safety-related documentation.
• Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate measurements, layouts, angles, and degrees.
• Working knowledge of AWS D1.1 standards and industry welding practices.
• Experience with welding processes including:
• SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding)
• FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding)
• GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding)
• GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding)
• Current welding certifications or the ability to successfully complete a weld qualification test.

Projects may include installation of stairs, railings, platforms, structural supports, and other fabricated metal assemblies across multiple job sites. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong field experience, blueprint interpretation skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, crews, and project stakeholders.
