You will be conducting research and environmental scans, ad well as developing outreach content and collaterals to promote learning opportunities as an Learning Strategy & Partnerships intern under NLB Academy. [What you will be working on] Research and scan for learning trends, workforce development practices and partnership opportunities to support NLB Academy's learning strategy. Prepare reports, briefs, presentation decks and programme materials for internal and external audiences. Develop outreach content and collaterals to promote NLB Academy's learning initiatives across the organisation. Coordinate the planning and execution of learning programmes, workshops and events, including logistics, registration and on-site support. Engage with external partners that include IHLs, training providers and industry collaborators through scheduling, meeting support and follow-up. Maintain stakeholder records, programme trackers and files, and consolidate participation data and feedback for reporting purposes. Provide administrative support including drafting approval submissions and coordinating logistics for learning events. [What we are looking for] Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally and confidently. Good organisational and coordination abilities, with a keen eye for detail. A proactive, can-do attitude and the willingness to take initiative and learn on the job. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Keen in the learning and development, workforce capability building, education, human resources and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Duration: 6 months
