About the role
Grade Level (for internal use): 05 As an Apprentice, Application Associate in Client Operations you will: Participate in project and application management duties to improve our internal tools and external client experience Conduct User Acceptance Testing with a high level of scrutiny ensuring successful project delivery Handle questions related to existing CRM and support functionality Run reports and dashboards for client interaction monitoring and for monthly department reporting Work with stakeholders to understand procedures and workflow guides. Strong organization, prioritization, problem identification, and problem solving skills to manage workflows. A focus on improving the service we deliver to our clients
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree on Business, Computer Science, Software, or any related field.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
- Must possess strong quantitative, analytical and interpretive skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required along with excellent MS Office skills.
- The candidate should possess strong organization, prioritization, problem identification, and problem solving skills to manage internal workflows and client communication.
- Experience in Salesforce or another CRM tool
- Certification in Salesforce will be an advantage
