We have four exciting permanent opportunities for Maintenance Lead's to join our Maintenance team, based in Tomoana, New Zealand. Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to: Monitor and drive maintenance KPIs, including our management system, reliability, breakdowns, PM completion, and work order/request completion. Lead/support deployment, adherence, and continuous improvement of the KHMS Management System for the Maintenance & Engineering pillar on the plant floor. Supervise shift maintenance execution to meet timing, quality, cost, and safety standards; provide site coverage/support as required. Champion Kraft Heinz Golden Safety Rules and ensure all maintenance work follows site procedures and guidelines. Coach, support, and educate fitters/technicians; qualify AM/PM capability and performance on the line. Plan and prioritise maintenance activities with the weekly schedule in partnership with the Maintenance Planner. Own machinery reliability by leading troubleshooting, inspections, and preventative maintenance improvement. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports in CMMS (e.g., SAP/Mainpac) and train users as needed. Manage people administration: rostering, leave planning, timesheets, and accurate payroll for direct reports. Recruit, supervise, and develop maintenance/electrical technicians and contractors; support maintenance budgeting and spend control.
