Position Details: Nurse Onboarding Coordination Manage assigned nurse cohorts day-to-day, sending onboarding checklists, reminders, and status updates, and ensuring all required documents are submitted complete and on time. Appointment Scheduling Schedule social security, banking, and (where required) phone appointments for arriving cohorts, sequencing them appropriately against arrival and orientation timelines. Relocation Logistics Support Coordinate housing setup steps, travel readiness checklists, and arrival readiness confirmations; track progress and flag delays early. Cohort Arrival Management Re-arrange cohort arrivals when circumstances change and communicate updates clearly and proactively to all affected candidates. Timeline & Task Tracking Maintain onboarding and relocation trackers from hand-off through orientation, monitor deadlines across immigration and relocation tasks, and proactively nudge nurses and internal teams. Routine Candidate Communication Answer day-to-day queries from candidates and corresponding teams, send templated reminders in a warm, personable tone, and reinforce expectations set during the Meet & Greet questionnaire. Issue Identification & Escalation Identify risks, confusion, or noncompliance in-flight, and escalate issues to the Onboarding & Relocation Manager with context and recommendations; never independently make policy or financial decisions. Internal Documentation Log notes, updates, and status changes in internal systems, keeping cohort records audit-ready and current at all times. Travel & Onsite Coverage Travel to 1-3 locations per month as required to cover arrivals, support the Onboarding & Relocation Manager onsite, or provide backfill during PTO / absence; build travel timelines for candidates. #Alljobs2 #INDFAV Applicants must be able to show proof that they are legally eligible to work in the United States.
