Responsibilities
- Client Delivery:
- Work directly with clients to implement processes and technology that drive business value and improve operational efficiency across business and technical functions
- Partner with business stakeholders to define and design new business processes aligned to strategic objectives

- Contribute to practice development by helping build tools, methodologies, and reusable assets that enhance delivery quality and consistency
- Additional:
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs.
- Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 2-6 years of experience working in a team-based consulting environment and directly with external clients, with a strong understanding of healthcare industry operations
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: organizational transformation, process improvement, product development, or managing teams and workstreams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and sound judgment
- Experience working collaboratively on large-scale initiatives
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated presentation and business development skills, including supporting the sales process
- Experience developing work plans, project scopes, and pricing estimates
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities to drive concurrent initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs.
