Additional Information

The Director of Pipeline Commercialization & Strategy leads the full global product strategy through commercialization for assigned product lines in the Aesthetic Toxin Franchise. The Franchise is a key growth platform and includes BOTOX/Vistabel/Vista®, Boey®, and toxins in development. This individual contributor position is part of the Global Pipeline Commercialization & Strategy organization and reports to the franchise leader of the Aesthetic Toxin Franchise. You collaborate across the entire research and development spectrum to align customer, consumer and commercial priorities, to translate to new product development concepts that are unique, distinct and differentiated. This includes the development and execution of the early brand plans and early commercialization strategy, from Target Product Profile (Customer Expectation) and Expected Product Profile, to commercialization, inclusive of exercising a voice on the clinical study design as well as into the regulatory strategy. This will be achieved through close collaboration and partnership with commercial leadership, regional marketing teams and research and development. As the global leader for assigned product lines within a Franchise, you are a key contributor to the strategic planning process, supporting development of the annual long-range strategic plan, annual long-range financial plan, and annual new product portfolio planning process. Lead assigned product line activities and initiatives at each development stage gate decision and milestones through commercialization Act as the commercial leader on core teams and product teams Develop forecasts in conjunction with the forecasting and analytics teams and own the forecasts in all core and product teams Lead development of the early brand and early commercialization strategy, working together with regional marketing leads to successfully transition to launch readiness and commercialization Work closely with the Commercial Leadership team to ensure there is a plan to fill gaps for key areas of focus in all key regions of existing business and planned expansion Identify market research needs, provide strong input and oversight into market research as well as analyze market research to inform strategy Act as the point person for commercial insights to the R&D team to make sure the development strategy matches the customer needs to secure success of the company in the future commercialization. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape, technology trends, identification and assessment of significant portfolio and franchise specific growth opportunities.
