Summary Benefit : Basic $2500- $3500 + OT Office hours (Mon to Fri, Alt Sat) Multiple locations hiring: based on project site Head office: Bugis Great career progression Vehicle can drive home Responsibility : Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services for facilities and business operations. Receive and manage work orders, coordinating tasks according to schedules assigned by the cluster supervisor. Maintain and service facility electrical, mechanical systems, and equipment. Repair electric motors, controllers, and other related electrical components. Install wiring and electrical equipment, interpreting technical drawings and diagrams to determine layout and specifications. Isolate, dismantle, repair, and reassemble electrical equipment, ensuring proper testing and functionality. Inspect, maintain, and repair lighting systems. Monitor inventory levels and requisition materials to ensure adequate stock availability. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Support maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV cabling systems, identifying and resolving faults or damages. Estimate time, materials, and resources required for assigned work orders. Requirement : Min Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Candidate with relevant experience welcome to apply Valid Class 3 license is needed.
