Responsibilities
- Monitor autonomous robots using remote assistance tools and dashboards
- Follow step-by-step procedures to support standard operational scenarios
- Escalate technical or operational issues to shift leads or senior operators
- Accurately document observations, incidents, and actions taken
- Follow safety protocols and communication guidelines at all times
- Learn and adapt to new tools, workflows, and process updates

- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or local equivalent.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license
- Language & Communication: Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher, written and spoken) for effective communication and documentation.

- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
