Examples of specialized experience for this position include: Interpreting and applying Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, regulations, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Management Directives to evaluate organizational compliance and identify workforce trends; Serving as an EEO Counselor during the pre-complaint process OR adjudicating reasonable accommodation requests, including the review of medical documentation; AND Coordinating and preparing annual EEO reports (i.e., EEOC MD-715 and other related reports). The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
