Minimum Hiring Wage: From $25.14 per hour Job Details: Scheduled Hours: 9:00am - 7:30pm, every other weekend Job Description: A Brief Overview The Transport Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, prioritizing, and tracking patient transport, activities across the hospital, for both inpatient and out of house transfers, using Epic to support safe, timely, and efficient patient flow. This role serves as the central communication hub between nursing units, diagnostic departments, transport staff, and hospital leadership to ensure patients are transported appropriately for procedures, admissions, discharges, and interdepartmental care needs.
