Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage SME owners and business decision-makers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Consult with business owners to understand their cash flow, expansion plans, and financing requirements.
- Recommend suitable financing options, including Business Term Loans, PSG, EDG, Invoice Factoring, and Commercial Property Loans, and structure deals to optimise approval and quantum.
- Guide clients through the entire loan application process, from documentation and submission to negotiation and disbursement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure all activities adhere to company procedures and industry regulations.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Proven sales experience is highly advantageous, particularly in banking, property, insurance, or B2B sales. Fresh graduates with a strong sales drive are also welcome to apply.
- Possesses an established network of SME clients, business introducers, or referral partners is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented. Capable of working independently in a high-pressure, sales-driven environment.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus to liaise with Chinese-speaking business owners.
- Must be residing in Singapore with valid work documents.
