Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, candidate experience, or executive recruiting operations
- Proven experience supporting VP+ or executive ‑ level hiring in a fast ‑ paced environment
- Exceptionally organized with strong prioritization and problem ‑ solving skills
- Comfortable partnering directly with senior executives and executive assistants
- Polished communicator with strong attention to detail and follow ‑ through
- Able to manage competing priorities with urgency and discretion
- Experience with ATS and scheduling platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, GoodTime) preferred

This is a high ‑ impact role responsible for owning the end ‑ to ‑ end coordination/facilitation of the executive level hiring process and searches, ensuring a seamless, white ‑ glove candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptance. This role goes far beyond scheduling. You will serve as a trusted partner to executive recruiters and business leaders, operating with discretion, urgency, and exceptional attention to detail.
