Requirements

• Required :
• 5+ years of experience with operations management
• 2+ years of experience with overseeing mission readiness activities and ensuring ongoing compliance
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Work You'll Do As a Project - Associate Manager on our Human Capital team, you will be responsible for: Maintaining clear, timely communication with customers and stakeholders, including status updates, risk/issue flagging, and follow-through Overseeing mission readiness activities, monitoring status, and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements Tracking and reporting compliance with required reporting timelines, formats, and governance expectations Managing communications and correspondence, responding to inquiries professionally and escalating as appropriate Developing, packaging, and disseminating workforce messages aligned with leadership guidance and organizational priorities Partnering with internal entities to meet deadlines and delivering accurate, high-quality responses and products Maintaining, following, and helping improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient, repeatable workflows Supporting adjudication/clear resolution of action items by gathering inputs, aligning stakeholders, and documenting outcomes Coordinating, tracking, and driving closure of action items across multiple organizational components and leadership levels A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact.
