Deliver WOW Service: Help with sizing, styling, and leave customers smiling. Keep It Fresh: Maintain eye-catching visual displays and a tidy, inviting store. Sell with Passion: Upsell and style full outfits - boost those basket sizes! Be the Brand: Live and breathe the Sandbar story, and bring it to life in-store. Lead the Vibe: Create a welcoming, upbeat environment that customers love. Crush Sales Goals: Be driven by goals - and get rewarded for hitting them! 🌟 Who You Are: Based in Singapore (Citizen or PR only) 1-2 years' retail experience (fashion or family/kids wear is a bonus!) Super social - confident, chatty, and full of positive energy Available at least 2 days/week, including some weekends or holidays (extra pay!) Sales-driven and results-oriented Fluent in English (bonus points for additional languages!)
