Manager, Channel Business, VC&A

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and order volume targets while maintaining desired profit levels.
• Manage training and development programs for distributors.
• Plan and execute strategic initiatives for channel growth in collaboration with management.
• Oversee due diligence and agreements with partners.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly review meetings with channel partners.
• Drive business development initiatives for the channel network.
• Monitor inventory and plan stock orders based on market requirements.
• Support all business lines for channel-related activities.
• Resolve distributor issues and manage conflicts effectively.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Product Management for distributor activities.
• Travel to distributor locations (8-10 days per month).
• Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA in Marketing preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in channel sales and management.
• Personal Attributes
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized and punctual.
